ACT SuperSet
Absolute's SuperSet Series offers premium hanger solutions engineered through experience to eliminate running and retrieving difficulties associated with many conventional liner hangers.
The SuperSet Standard and Premium are full-bore, opposed-slip, hydraulically-set and retrievable liner hanger packers available in a number of common bore sizes. The hangers retracting slip and core design provides maximum bypass for minimum pressure build-up on installation into sensitive formations.
Ran with Absolutes' Extrack running tool, the SuperSet is set at depth by differential pressure applied to the tie-back receptacle against the hangers snap-in running threads. The hanger durable slips extrude over dual cones providing maximum hanging capacity for moderate to heavier liner weights. Slips are housed below protective jackets that prevent damage during conveyance and retrieval.
Getting the liner to the desired depth is facilitated by the SuperSet's reinforced internal clutch system manufactured from premium alloys to provide drill-down or drill-in capabilities in combination with an Absolute bullnose and/or circulation system. The SuperSet is provided with an integral tie-back receptacle/setting sleeve available in variable lengths. Materials suited for severe H2S service are available upon request.
