PackRite

PackRite^TM  -a Robust Pre-pack screen that provides superior performance for sand control in oil and gas applications.  Rigid quality control standards ensure the highest quality, maximum screen strength, erosion resistance and a screen that provides a superior sand retention.  The screen assemblies are available in standard lengths of 38 feet, 20 feet, 15 feet and 10  feet.  Other configuration available on request. Prepack material can be Gravel, Resin coated gravel, or Ceramic. The screens are welded at each point of contact with the rod wire, thereby preventing separation when pulled or "bird nesting" when milled. Rigorous quality control ensures a reliable product with accurate slot widths. A variety of wire sizes and materials allows us to meet virtually every design specification.
