MeshRite is a specialty screen comprising perforated base pipe wrapped with a thick (0.2") layer of compressed steel wool and protected by a perforated steel shroud. A large open flow area (40 %), high porosity (90 %), and high retained permeability (> 50 Darcies) deliver significantly higher flow capacity than most other screens. The compressed wool layer possesses a wide distribution (15-600 µm) of angular pores providing numerous benefits such as: a) high plugging resistance, b) enhanced permeability in the sand pack above screen, and c) ability to retain a wide range of particle size distributions (PSDs).

FacsRIte consists of premium media discs flush-mounted and tightly secured into the base pipe. This geometry gives FacsRite maximum down hole space economy and significantly more mechanical strength than Slotted Liner (SL). Furthermore, since the media is flush with the base pipe OD, the effective OD is enlarged, thereby minimizing skin and allowing a larger OD/ID for wellbore operations than WWS.

FluxRite combines MeshRite with inflow control devices (ICDs) for horizontal production/injection wells to: 1) minimize water/gas coning, 2) evenly sweep the reservoir from toe to heel to maximize oil recovery, and 3) minimize water influx from high-perm streaks such as fractures. FluxRite screens can be combined with "swell packers" to minimize annular flow and isolate unwanted shale zones or high-perm water streaks.

FloRite is a unique pressure profile control screen designed to optimize toe-to-heel flow control in consolidated formations, as well as remove formation damage caused by drilling and completion fluids/operations. By strategically placing inflow control devices (ICDs) along the production zone, one can: a) sweep the reservoir uniformly, b) prevent or delay gas/water coning, c) choke off unwanted hi-perm water streaks, and d) remove filtercake damage, especially at the toe, via higher drawdowns. For injectors, ICDs can achieve uniform toe-to-heel gas/water/steam injection, and choke off thief zones. |

ThruRite is a smaller version of MeshRite designed to run through tubing or tight restrictions (nipples) to protect the completion or pump from sand production. Its short length (1-2 m), small sizes (41-67 mm OD) and flush connections make it ideal for multiple zones and recompletions. Like MeshRite, ThruRite is very robust and provides elevated flow capacity and corrosion resistance to enhance the well's productivity and life.

AccuRite is a robust and economical Wire Wrapped Screen (WWS) with a flow capacity of up to 30 times more than slotted liner. Keystone-shaped slots are self-cleaning and minimize plugging. The screens are welded at each point of contact with the rod wire, thereby preventing separation when pulled or "bird nesting" when milled. Rigorous quality control ensures a reliable product with accurate slot widths. A variety of wire sizes and materials allows us to meet virtually every design specification. Our sand control expertise allows us to help the client select the optimum design for each application.

PackRiteTM -a Robust Pre-pack screen that provides superior performance for sand control in oil and gas applications. Rigid quality control standards ensure the highest quality, maximum screen strength, erosion resistance and a screen that provides a superior sand retention. Prepack material can be Gravel, Resin coated gravel, or Ceramic.

PremiumPort 3 OCI (PP3OCI) is an innovative downhole multi-stage full-borevalve that can be shifted to a 1) open, 2) closed, or 3) ICD (Inflow Control Device) position, thereby providing flexibility andeconomy in stimulating and/or producing/injecting complex reservoir intervals. The PP3OCI can be supplied separately or asan integral part of ACT’s advanced ICD screens capable of both sand control and flow control.
